1. Drink good quantities of water, atleast 2 litres a day
2. Eat small and balanced diet, never indulge in over eating
3. Make sure you have atleast a portion of Fruit or vegetables daily in your meal

4. Sleep atleast 6 hours and small breaks from hectic schedule

5. Check your HBA1C if you are over 30 every year or early if symptoms of Diabetes are noticed
